My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms, although not brightly lit, perfectly suited the rustic building style with exposed beams, quality furnishings, and plenty of natural light. The service was impeccable, with a 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude making my time in Hobart truly memorable. The location was superb, allowing easy exploration of the waterfront, Salamanca market, and other nearby attractions. The dining experience was outstanding, despite a slight disorganization during peak times. Overall, a top-notch hotel with a few minor flaws but well worth it.
